About the role The Retirement Living Manager will be responsible for the successful overall management, customer service of selected Southern Cross Care Retirement Villages. This position provides a high level of client satisfaction in all areas including facilities, community and hospitality requirements that meet Southern Cross Care’s expectations as governed by the Retirement Village Act. To promote healthy ageing and early identification of decline, providing health information for improved self-efficacy and making referrals to enable access to services that support continued independence for residents of each community are key to this position. About you You'll possess strengths in customer service management, leadership skills, business planning and the ability to meet budget requirements and achieve or exceed financial targets. Demonstrated experience in Managerial Service roles that include one or more of the following: Events, Activities, Food & Beverage, Hospitality or Accommodation as well as a current Driver’s Licence, is required for this position.
