We are looking for a dedicated Administration Officer (Rostering) to join our Residential Care Team at Philip Kennedy Centre in Largs Bay.

 

About the role

 

In this position you will be responsible for ensuring all administrative processes in relation to staffing are completed accurately and in a timely manner. This position also assists with providing a professional and customer focused reception. 

 

Daily duties include managing rosters, communicating information and finding solutions while working in a busy team environment. You will be responsible for answering phones, fielding queries, receiving deliveries, minute taking, maintaining databases and copying, collating and filing documents.

 

You will also handle incoming and outgoing mail, vet invoices, printing statements, maintaining office supplies and contributing to special projects.

About you

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Intermediate or advanced computer skills using Google Suite and proficiency in using in-house and other database and software applications.
  • Demonstrated commitment to meeting the needs of both internal and external customers and the ability to respond to customer needs. 
  • Sound interpersonal skills, the ability to express ideas clearly and concisely and a high degree of team orientation. 
  • Strong organisational and time management skills including the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, creativity, innovation and meeting the needs of residents.
  • Experience in the Aged Care Industry will be highly regarded 
  • A Certificate in Administrative Services or similar - desirable
