About the role

 

The Program Manager Service Capability – Residential Services leads Better for life service delivery outcomes and builds capability across Residential Services to meet the operational and strategic outcomes for the organisation.


This is achieved through analysing and monitoring service performance and responding to flags through effectively mentoring, coaching and supporting service leaders.


The Program Manager Service Capability – Residential Services fulfills a key role in SCC Services leadership team and works collaboratively and with accountability to achieve best practice outcomes aligning with the SCC Values.

 


About you


We are looking for people who will be the difference in the lives of our residents and clients.


The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Degree or postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare, or other relevant discipline.
  • Experience in Aged Care Health Services.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Residential Services Manager.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing and evaluating clinical and care systems, processes and practices to achieve optimal/improved outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience in analysing and responding to service performance data
  • Ability to provide leadership and motivation to staff to provide quality client-focused person centred services.
  • Demonstrated change management skills with the ability to manage staff and the service through the stages of change.
  • Competency with current aged care service, acts and programs and an awareness of current best practice models of care, and an ability to integrate these for the greatest client benefit.
  • Current driver's licence.
