We have an exciting opportunity available in our HR team, based at our head office in the leafy suburb of Glenside, SA. 


About these roles


These Human Resource roles are crucial support and advisory roles to the organisation, ensuring the provision of efficient, responsive and high-quality HR services across the business.


You'll work as part of a close knit team of professionals who work together to deliver a range of HR activities and programs across the employee life cycle.  Along with relevant experience, you'll bring with you a hands-on, flexible, can-do approach that contributes to our service maintaining a high level customer focus. 


As HR Advisor, you'll be supervising and guiding the HR Officers to achieve the team goals while providing generalist advice and support to the business, as well as rolling your sleeves up and working with the team to ensure the workload is completed by agreed timelines.


About You


You are passionate about HR and have a thirst for increasing your knowledge and understanding of employment processes.  You are a great collaborator and problem solver who is highly organised to get the best outcomes every day.  Your excellent  time management skills and high level tech savvy will see you contribute to team goals, streamlining processes, effectively and accurately managing high volume administration to meet deadlines.  


Relevant qualifications in HR will be highly regarded and experience in a similar role is essential.  HR Graduates who have administrative experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
