We're looking for a experienced Systems Support Analyst to join our ICT department at our Head Office based in Glenside. 



About the role


Reporting to the Business Systems Manager, the role is a key contact for internal Web Application development using Codeless web tools such as AppSheet, in a Google environment and provide ongoing support, maintenance, documentation and training in relation to Corporate business systems used internally.


The position is predominantly based at the Corporate Office, however the incumbent will be required to travel to other Southern Cross Care  sites (fleet cars are available). Some out of hours work may be required.

About you


As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in a related role. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and you will be eager to learn. 

You will be appropriately qualified in IT and have an understanding of how a corporate organisation conducts business. Experience managing and maintaining SQL databases and advanced SQL scripting will be highly regarded.


Familiarity with web based applications such as Corporate Information Management (CIM) system, Sharepoint, PowerBi, Google Data Studio and Microsoft CRM, with a good knowledge of the requirements of the Aged Care Standards and experience within the Aged Care industry are essential.


All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
