About the role


Working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, you will provide high-quality personal care to our residents based on their individual needs. This includes assisting them with daily tasks and activities, personal care and mobility. You will work within the team to help develop and deliver person-centred care plans that focus on healthy and active ageing, and maximising quality of life for each and every resident.

About this opportunity


We currently have multiple full-time and part-time positions available for an immediate start. In compliance with government regulations, all candidates must be vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza, must hold or be willing to obtain a National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care, must not be working for a second employer, and must pass Learning, Literacy and Numeracy assessment.
