About the role Right now we are looking for a qualified and dedicated Roving Wellness & Lifestyle Coordinator to work across our Residential Homes. The Roving Wellness & Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality Wellness and Lifestyle services that empower and support clients to engage in meaningful activities. This is a professional, leadership role with the aim to support and enable clients to maximise their independence and improve and maintain their health, wellness and quality of life. This role is responsible for ensuring sites maintain a consistent approach to wellness and lifestyle services through quality audits, accreditation preparation and covering leaves of absence, ensuring a smooth flow of service aligned with strategic healthy ageing outcomes. The Roving Wellness & Lifestyle Coordinator will support and coordinate staff, volunteers and students to deliver meaningful lifestyle activities and projects. You will employ best practice evidence based tools in health promotion, person centred care and healthy ageing to manage lifestyle programs. You will implement organisational projects to improve client outcomes as directed by the central Wellness and Lifestyle team. About you You will be passionate about healthy ageing and creating an environment that will promote quality of life for our clients. You will have a strong customer service focus with experience in undertaking regular consultation with clients and their families, setting goals and tailoring wellness and lifestyle programs to suit each clients need. You will have a Bachelor Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Health Promotion, Fitness/Exercise or related field.
