About the role


The Business Systems Officer will work with the business and ICT to provide business continuity and process improvement.


Reporting to the Manager Business Systems, the role covers support and maintenance across a range of corporate applications with a focus on customer support through troubleshooting and reporting. We aim to ensure that the business applications are supported in a friendly and responsive manner. The Business Systems Officer will also work with relevant business owners and vendors to understand upcoming system updates, work on changes change requests and co-ordinate user acceptance testing.


The Business Systems Officer will be supporting all areas of the business, including finance, clinical, sales and rostering. Key applications include Dynamics GP, iCare, CIM, Kronos, CHRIS21, Kronos and CRM 365.


About you


As the successful applicant, you will have previous experience in a related role. You will be highly organised with excellent communication skills and you will be eager to learn. You will be appropriately qualified in IT or an equivalent domain and have an understanding of how a corporate organisation conducts business. Experience working with Microsoft SQL DBMS, Citrix and Windows Server environments will be highly regarded. DBA-type activities and experience with tools to manage ‘soft skills’ (such as UAT) are desired.


An understanding of corporate application architecture and integration techniques would be highly beneficial. Knowledge of relational database concepts and experience with SQL would be highly useful.
