About the role
We are currently looking for compassionate and capable Personal Carers to join our team on a casual basis. Working under the direction of the Care Supervisor, you will provide tailored services to assist residents of The Mornington Retirement Village to continue to live independently. This includes assisting with personal care, mobility and other activities of daily living.

With a Certificate III (or better) in Individual Support / Aged Care you will use your effective communication skills to work well as part of a team. At least six months previous experience working with older people is essential, as is a current drivers licence.
Equally comfortable with direction and autonomy, you will display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic plus impressive organisational and relationship-building skills.
All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
