Digital Marketing Coordinator
Central Office
  • Full time role
  • City-fringe location
  • Dynamic not-for-profit organisation

About us

For more than 50 years, Southern Cross Care has been providing quality aged care and retirement living services to our community. We're guided by our values of care, communication, creativity and teamwork, and we want people who share these values to join our team. Right now we're looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team.

About the role

As Digital Marketing Coordinator at Southern Cross Care, you will manage digital marketing platforms including websites and social media profiles, coordinate digital marketing campaigns, and use tactics such as SEM, SEO, email marketing and retargeting to promote Southern Cross Care’s range of quality services.

Working within a dedicated team, you will also use data management and analysis tools to support direct marketing campaigns, track and report on key metrics, and evaluate the performance of marketing activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your digital and data-driven marketing skills to support the growth of a respected not-for-profit organisation.

About you

With great attention to detail and a positive attitude, you will help Southern Cross Care to communicate with a range of people, including those seeking services for themselves, and those doing so on behalf of loved ones. You will hold relevant marketing qualifications, and be confident and proficient with a range of digital marketing platforms. Experience working in the aged care or retirement living sector is desirable, but not essential. You will also hold, or be willing to obtain a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.

About this opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic, not-for-profit organisation and help create a better future for you and your community. You’ll enjoy flexible working arrangements, exceptional learning and development opportunities, and salary packaging benefits to help maximize your take-home pay. You will also be working in a friendly and inclusive team that genuinely cares about you.

With our organisation growing to meet the needs of our community, there’s never been a better time to join Southern Cross Care.
