Right now we're looking for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our Residential Care team at Sandpiper Lodge in Goolwa.
About the role
You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care while supervising and guiding personal care workers. Together, you’ll help to improve resident quality of life.
In providing person-centred nursing and lifestyle care, you’ll set, manage and oversee care plans, monitor results, keep detailed records and ensure comprehensive handovers between shifts. You’ll also foster a safe and harmonious environment while growing your knowledge and encouraging others to shine.

Skilled in dementia and gerontic care, you’ll excel at helping residents with confusing or challenging behaviours.
With a current AHPRA registration, and aged care experience, you have a solid understanding of all relevant legislative requirements, ethics and standards. You will also demonstrate high-level listening, communication, team building and time management skills.
All Southern Cross Care employees also require a current National Police Certificate for the Purpose of Aged Care.
