Southern Cross Care is looking for enthusiastic, flexible and motivated staff for our
Care Support team.
To compliment our existing Care Support team, we are looking to hear from experienced:
Health and Wellness Promoters
Physiotherapists (Level 1)
Food Services Assistants (Kitchenhands)
Our Care Support Team fills various shifts in our 15 high quality residential care homes across Adelaide. 10 residential facilities within 30 minutes of Adelaide CBD and 5 residential facilities ranging from Goolwa in the south to Gawler in the north and our newest site at Mount Barker.
If you can commit to a minimum 3 shifts a week and bring with you your skills and a minimum of 6 months Aged Care experience, then we have shifts for you.
Working across a smaller selection of sites gives you greater opportunity to build long, continuous care relationships with our customers, families and staff.
You will have access to the internal training and support programmes for your professional development, common policies and procedures.
You will have the opportunity to be among the first to apply for any permanent roles that become available.
