Do you know your way around a coffee machine and have a passion for supporting older Australians?

We're looking for volunteers for our residential aged care cafes - creating social connections and welcoming spaces to improve the quality of life of our valued residents.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Serving with a Smile: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and light refreshments to our residents, staff, and visitors, creating a warm and welcoming environment.
• Creating Connections: Build relationships with our residents, offering a friendly chat while you serve their favourite drinks and snacks.
• Keeping the Café Clean & Cozy: Help maintain the café’s cleanliness and organisation, making sure everything is ready for a relaxing experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Some experience working with coffee machines or in food service environments would be ideal for this role.
• Heart: A genuine passion for supporting seniors and making their day a little brighter.
• People Skills: Friendly, patient, and a great listener - our residents love a chat so be ready to swap a story and spread positivity
