At Mount Carmel, we know that staying active is the secret to a healthy and vibrant life – and we're all about making it fun! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help our residents live their best lives through active ageing, fitness, and a lot of joy.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support Gym Activities: Help residents enjoy their time in the residential gym with activities that keep them strong, flexible, and energized.
• Assist with Wheelchair Use: Lend a hand in getting residents to and from the gym, so they can stay active and engaged.
• Team Up with Health & Fitness Pros: Work alongside our Health and Fitness Promoters, supporting residents in achieving their personal fitness goals – all while having a great time!
